HYPNOTIC REGRESSION THERAPY

What is Hypnotic Regression Therapy?

Hypnotic Regression Therapy is a therapy that combines the most beneficial elements of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). It is an extremely powerful and effective technique because it allows us to access the memory and recall of your subconscious mind to pinpoint the limiting beliefs that are holding you back.

These beliefs are usually formed a long time ago, and they have been working away beneath the surface, guiding you to continue with behaviours that no longer serve you. Once we uncover the root cause of your issue, we work together on letting go of any self-defeating beliefs and patterns and we replace them with empowering thoughts, images, and beliefs to produce positive change.

Hypnotic Regression Therapy gets to the root cause and reason for the behaviours that are holding you back and keeping you stuck so we can understand them with a view to changing them.

What to Expect?

As the client, you will work with me during the session to uncover the meaning and interpretation of your life’s events that have led you to believe the beliefs that are holding you back or causing you pain. We will then work with and update those beliefs with current and empowering beliefs.

What happens during a typical Hypnosis Session –

During our 90 – 120 minute session we will:

  • Engage with your subconscious mind which is the centre of all your emotions and therefore dictates nearly all of your behaviour.

  • Identify the root cause of the issue you’re struggling with.

  • Apply new understanding and apply new meaning to the root cause.

  • Replace old outdated limiting beliefs with new empowering beliefs.

Changing the beliefs you attach to your issue leads to positive change because it enables the mind to tell the body what to do to heal itself, how to move it away from pain and unwanted behaviours, and how to turn fear and anxiety into excitement.
