Yoga: Overrated or Underrated?
What are some of the things we can rate? A rating is possible for objects, processes, investments, attributes etc., which are materialistic and therefore transient in nature. Yoga is a lifestyle which seeks to take you to an elevated level of life and living. There is NO question of yoga being overrated. Yoga is a way of life which brings in flexibility and strength at the physical, mental and emotional level paving the way for a more fulfilling and happy life.
